CreateTextFile:

Description :We can create the new file

Syntax:
Set FSO = createobject("scripting.filesystemobject")
set Fpt = FSO.CreateTextFile(Pathoftextfile)

OpenTextFile:

Description : We can call the Existing file

Syntax:
